Delete your account
You can delete your Reploy account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — you do not need to contact us first.
From the app
- Open Reploy and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete everything.
If you no longer have the app
Email info@reploysolutions.com from the address your account is registered to, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything belonging to your business is removed permanently and cannot be recovered:
- Your business account and every owner login
- All conversations and messages, on SMS and WhatsApp
- Everything Reploy learned about your business — the entire knowledge base
- Bookings, appointments and reminders
- Contacts and contact groups
- Your subscription, which is cancelled so you are not charged again
- Your WhatsApp connection, which is disconnected and its session deleted
What is kept, and why
Two things survive account deletion, both for reasons outside our control:
- Payment records held by Stripe. Card payments you took through Reploy are processed by Stripe on your own connected Stripe account. Stripe is required to retain transaction records for financial, tax and anti-fraud compliance, and we cannot delete them on your behalf. Your Stripe account remains yours — you can close it directly with Stripe.
- Messages already delivered. Texts and WhatsApp messages that have already reached a customer's phone are on that phone. Deleting your account removes our copy, not theirs.
Retention
We do not keep a delayed copy for a grace period. When you confirm deletion in the app, the data is removed from our database at that moment. Encrypted infrastructure backups are cycled out within 30 days.
