A real person reads every message. If Reploy is not answering your customers, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.

Contact us

We reply within one business day, and usually much sooner. There is no support tier and no queue to buy your way out of — every plan gets the same people.

Something is broken right now

If Reploy has stopped answering your customers, email us with "not answering" in the subject and include your business name. The most common causes, in order:

  • WhatsApp has disconnected. Check Settings in the app; if it says disconnected, reconnect it there. Nothing arrives while it is down.
  • Answering is switched off. Settings has a master switch. It is easy to leave off after testing.
  • No payment method. Reploy stops answering when a trial ends without a card on file. You will have had an alert about it.
  • Monthly message limit reached. Your plan has a number of AI replies a month; at the limit, messages come to you instead.

Common questions

How do I change or cancel my plan?

In the owner dashboard at app.reploysolutions.com, under Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the service until the period you have paid for ends.

How do I delete my account?

See delete your account. It removes your business, your conversations and your knowledge base, and cancels your subscription.

Reploy answered a customer wrongly. What do I do?

Correct it in the app — open the conversation and use Correct. Reploy learns from the correction and will not make the same mistake again. If the problem is the way it answers in general rather than a fact about your business, tell us: that is something we fix centrally, for everyone.

Can I stop Reploy replying to one particular person?

Yes. Open their chat and mark them as Not a customer or Ignored. Reploy will pass their messages straight to you instead of answering.
